The hotel’s location is fantastic—situated right beside Fukushima Station, making it extremely convenient for travellers. Being surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants added a lot of variety and convenience during my stay. The room was a standout feature. It was spacious, clean, and felt new, with large twin beds that were very comfortable. The enormous, modern TV added a luxurious touch. The bathroom was also impressive, offering plenty of space and a proper bathtub where I could stretch my legs and relax. Another highlight was the staff, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was pleasant and hassle-free.

Get out of the station turn right! Amazing hotel staff. Well equipped place. 10/10! I took some free bath salt this hotel provided to bath and found a little restaurant nearby on the other side of the station for goyza. Fukushima is known for their ramen, goyza, and red miso katsu. For those who complain about food, it’s Japan, food is every 50 metres and better than anything I’ve had in over 20 countries. The room is small because it’s Japan but I find this hotel spacious because I got a bigger bed. Not only the gentleman at the front desk spoke English, he printed a local map and train station map for me. I have been all over Europe, United States, and Australia and for 3times the amount of price I paid over this hotel, I have gotten way worse service and amenities. This is in Fukushima and they still provided the best they could. For all the visitors that expects Japan to cater to your language pander to your needs from another country…..try that elsewhere. Anyway, the station has a pretty cute local bakery across from McDonald’s. A large pharmacy and an entire S-pal market to go through for snacks and food. Not that I don’t already know this, the entire nation is so full of varieties of foods, beverages, and washroom, you can never go hungry, thirsty or restriction to relieve yourself literally every half km. Take this station bus from the other side using underground passage via elevator to a bus area. take number 10 bus to Aizu wakamatsu the samurai town. Or take the train to Yamagata for yamadera and Zao onsen. Or take the train to Sendai and do all the day trips there. Everything is easy and convenient.

Great location so close to the station. This hotel is well appointed, comfortable and so convenient. We chose this hotel for its easy access to trains. From here we were able to visit Matsushima and take a cruise around the islands - a must see if you visit Japan. We were also able to easily access the Nihonmatsu Lantern Festival by train from Fukushima. A highlight of the festival is the procession of festival floats during the first evening. Several large festival floats adorned with lanterns and filled with locals playing taiko drums make their way through the streets of Nihonmatsu City. There was music and street stalls offering a variety of food and drinks. It was a vibrant, happy experience - and so easy to attend from this hotel.

Clean warm, comfortable and right next to the train station. Nice to walk to shops in the station. Breakfast you get a choice. We tried the Japanese breakfast which is very different with fish, fermented beans... but did have some eggs and bread rolls. Our kids opted for the voucher which was used on a very generous Maccas (big M) breakfast. Nice free bath salts and toiletries in the foyer.

Location was great - right next to the train station and restaurants. Car rental was 100m away. Rooms were large with a big window. We had Youtube and Netflix available. Free toiletries were available. A subsidised car park fee was available via the hotel.

The help yourself ammenities in foyer were great. The location to the train station was fabulous 2min walk. The bed was comfy with extra pillows available. The facial mask was a nice touch and the drip coffee bags a bonus. Great washing machine located on the 8th floor. Room was compact but well laid out.

Location: Located on East side of JR Line and Shinkansen. Close to shopping and restaurants. The station has an East and West access. The West and East sides of the station provides various shopping and restaurants. West side access leads to "downtown" Fukushima City. Value: I felt this property was priced fairly. Restaurant: Has restaurant adjacent to the front desk. Check-in: Booking with Bookings.com made it super convenient. If paying by Yen or card the front desk staff will lead you to check-in kiosk. Check-out: Easy! Front Desk: Very professional. Some English speakers. Room: PERFECT! Amenities are standard. Parking: YES with a charge. Safety: I felt safe during my stay. Others: On-site public baths. Please ask about tattoos.

Great location, it’s literally just outside the Fukushima train station. The room we had was large and spacious. The staff was nice, friendly and accommodating. They even had umbrellas tomorrow, for it rained on one of our days in Fukushima.
